For the Potomac River. including Paw Paw, Hancock, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Point of Rocks, Edwards Ferry, Little Falls. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Potomac River at Edwards Ferry. * WHEN. Until late tonight. * IMPACTS. At 18.5 feet, The parking lot at Edwards Ferry is completely covered by water.
