For the Shenandoah River. including Millville. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Shenandoah River at Millville. * WHEN. Until late tonight. * IMPACTS. At 11.0 feet, A small portion of Wilt Road (County Road 9/8) begins to flood. Water also begins to flow over Millville Dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.4 feet, or 0.4 feet above flood stage. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 PM EDT Sunday was 10.8 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise to 10.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight to 7.6 feet early Tuesday morning. It will rise above flood stage Tuesday evening to 11.4 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above flood stage. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History.
