The areas affected include. Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD. Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD. Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD. Chester River to Queenstown MD. Eastern Bay. Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor. At 558 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds of 20 to 30 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 16 nm northwest of Middle River to 10 nm west of Fort Smallwood Park to 6 nm northwest of Chesapeake Beach, moving east at 20 knots.
