Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel. * Locations impacted include. Parsons Island, Kent Narrows Bridge, Magothy River, Chester River, Eastern Bay, Greenbury Point, Miles River, Love Point, Naval Academy, Highland Beach, Sandy Point State Park, Baltimore Light, Severn River, Romancoke, Bloody Point Light, Matapeake, Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Thomas Point Light, Mayo, and Annapolis.
