The areas affected include. Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD. Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD. Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD. Chester River to Queenstown MD. Eastern Bay. Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor. At 1103 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Naval Academy, moving northeast at 25 knots.

The areas affected include. Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD. Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD. At 953 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers with embedded thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Alexandria to 21 nm west of Quantico, moving east at 10 knots.
