For the South Fork Shenandoah River. including Lynnwood, Luray, Front Royal. flooding is possible. * WHAT. Flooding is possible. * WHERE. South Fork Shenandoah River at Front Royal. * WHEN. Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Backwater begins to creep up Luray Avenue toward the railroad trestle. Portions of central and western Virginia, including the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Greene, Nelson and Orange. In western Virginia, Augusta, Eastern Highland and Western Highland. * WHEN. Until 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
