Portions of DC, including the following , District of Columbia, Maryland, including the following areas, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Cecil, Central and Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford, Northwest Howard, Northwest Montgomery, Prince Georges, Southeast Harford and Southern Baltimore, and northern Virginia, including the following areas, Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria, Eastern Loudoun and Fairfax. * WHEN. From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into this evening with multiple rounds possible. A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Cumberland, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Perry, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming and Union. * WHEN. Through Midnight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain will develop through the day. Some of the area received heavy rainfall on Saturday and overnight, and much of the area had heavy rain from Tropical Cyclone Debby a little over a week ago.
