At 814 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Johnstown, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph, pea size hail, and very heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Johnstown, Hartford, and Center Village. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 831 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Columbus, Westerville, Johnstown, New Albany, Galena, Hartford and Center Village.
