At 422 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Logan, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Perry County.

At 416 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Hide-A-Way Hills, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Bremen, Hide-A-Way Hills, Hideaway Hills, and Oreville. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution. Licking County in central Ohio. * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 407 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Johnstown, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include. Newark, Reynoldsburg, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Johnstown, Hebron, Utica, Hanover, Granville South, Marne, Beechwood Trails, Summit Station, New Albany, Jersey, Alexandria, Hartford, St. Louisville, Gratiot, and US Route 62 at State Route 661. This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 137 and 142, and near mile marker 144.
