* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Knox. In northeast Ohio, Holmes. * WHEN. Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1225 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Mount Vernon, Millersburg, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Loudonville, Fredericktown, Gambier, Danville, Killbuck, Holmesville, Glenmont, Nashville, Farmerstown, Winesburg, Waterford, Gann, North Liberty, Charm and Mount Hope. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information
