Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Washington Court House, Sabina, Jamestown, Jeffersonville, Bloomingburg, Staunton, Bowersville, Port William, Milledgeville, Octa, Melvin, Rosemoor, Bloomington, Jasper Mills, Reesville, Bell Center, and Interstate 71 at US Route 35.
