* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. The following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin and Licking. * WHEN. Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 831 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Columbus, Westerville, Johnstown, New Albany, Galena, Hartford and Center Village.
