At 227 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Granville South, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Hebron, Utica, Hanover, Beechwood Trails, Granville South, Marne, New Albany, Jersey, Kirkersville, Alexandria, St. Louisville, Fredonia, Toboso, Purity, State Route 310 at State Route 161, and Fallsburg. This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 120 and 123. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution. Wilmington, Blanchester, New Vienna, Morrow, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Martinsville, Corwin, Midland, Port William, Butlerville, Paintersville, Melvin, State Route 123 at State Route 132, Fort Ancient, Lumberton, Oakland, Caesar Creek State Park, Morrisville, and Ogden. The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission and the Regional Air Pollution Control Agency have issued an Air Quality Alert for Montgomery, Miami, Greene, Clark, Preble and Darke counties in the Miami Valley Region, until midnight EDT tonight.
