At 1024 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line extending from near Marne to Hanover to 9 miles east of Heath to near Somerset. Movement was northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Warsaw, Pleasant Grove, Conesville, Gratiot, Nellie, Drake, New Guilford, Walhonding, Cooperdale, and Dillon State Park. This includes Interstate 70 in Ohio near mile marker 143, and between mile markers 145 and 155.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 831 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Columbus, Westerville, Johnstown, New Albany, Galena, Hartford and Center Village.
