At 911 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Grove City to 7 miles south of Canal Winchester, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Pickerington, Bexley, Canal Winchester, Groveport, Whitehall, Obetz, Lithopolis, Carroll, Lockbourne, Brice, Port Columbus Airport, Blacklick Estates, Duvall, Slate Run Metro Park, and State Route 674 at State Route 188. This includes the following Interstates. I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 101 and 113. I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 108 and 109. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Newcomerstown, Baltic, Stone Creek, Chili, and Bakersville. This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 68 and 77.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 831 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Columbus, Westerville, Johnstown, New Albany, Galena, Hartford and Center Village.
