Widespread rainfall of 1 to 2 inches and locally 3-4 inches of rain. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. Portions of east central Ohio, the northern West Virginia Panhandle, and western Pennsylvania including the Pittsburgh metro area. * WHEN. From Saturday morning through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
