* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northern Virginia, including the following county, Fairfax. * WHEN. Until 715 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 414 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring along Accotink Creek. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Annandale. Ravensworth. Fairfax.
